Cleanroom injection

Have a cleanroom ISO 7 - Class C, for manufacture and handling of plastic parts, with an annual capacity of 8,000 hours and two injection machines.

Controls and certifications for injection in cleanroom

The plastic injection in cleanroom, requires the highest quality standards and for this we have the ISO 9001 Tüv Rheinland certification that guarantees that the injection of plastic pieces in a cleanroom is carried out under the highest quality standards.

Air Control

The air that enters in the cleanroom is sterile and has been filtered to remove suspended particles and microorganisms. It is completely renewed several times an hour to avoid dust.

Pressure control

Cleanroom is maintained at a level slightly higher than the outside pressure, so that when the doors open and the air exits, air cannot enter contaminated with microorganisms from outside.

Control Operators

Operators that work in the cleanroom must wear special suits for not carrying pollutants or generate dust particles.
